We are proud to announce that we will be supporting MIND, the mental health charity, by donating all proceeds from our limited edition CD, “It’s Ok for You to Not Be Ok”, to help support their fantastic work.

In recent years, peoples’ openness and willingness to discuss mental health issues have come on leaps and bounds, but there’s definitely still more we can all do to welcome and encourage further conversation.

Nobody deserves to suffer on their own, no matter how big or small their problems may be, and hopefully, we can do something to help affect positive change that we would all love to see.

Personally, as 4 guys who have been indirectly affected by a variety of issues, this cause is close to our hearts and we understand the importance of people not suffering alone.

We hope to be able at least raise awareness – and maybe a few quid! – whilst doing our best to keep the positive conversations around mental health and support going.

We’re all coping with our own issues and we don’t always know what everyone else is struggling with; be kind, hug one another, and check in on your pals. x
